Mission Statement

Since the 14th of April 2016, two terrible earthquakes and over a thousand aftershocks have hit the Kumamoto prefecture in Kyushu Japan. So far, early estimates of the damage are well into the hundreds of millions of dollars. We would like to help get the people of Kumamoto back on their feet, so we are holding a charity fund-raising event on June 12th, 2016 in Toronto. All proceeds from this event will be deposited to “Call for 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake Donations” (http://www.pref.kumamoto.jp/kiji_15456.html).
